I was impressed by the breakfast offer - it is sometimes difficult to choose at buffets as a vegetarian but it was definitely not the case at Hotel Batory. Moreover, everything tasted great. And the do not use unnecessary packaging for things like butter or marmelade - the butter is cut in cubes and places on a plate for people to take: marmelade or honey is in a bowl. I appreciate this approach. A great advantage is also free private parking if you are travelling by car (but you won’t need it that much for going around Krakow since there is a tram stop near the hotel or you can just walk and you get to the centre in like 10minutes); and very helpful, nice, English-speaking staff with 24-hour reception; and not to forget about cleaning staff who did during our stay great job to keep everything clean every day without us even noticing :) (always somehow managed during the breakfast even though we went there in different times every day). Lastly, the whole hotel is modern, nice and really clean. The best value for a price I have received in quite some time.

From before our arrival, when communication with hotel staff was exceptional, to departure, everything worked really smoothly. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. The hotel was in a quiet residential area, but very well positioned for easy access to the Old Town attractions, to the railway station and to convenient tram stops, all about ten minutes walk away. Facilities were fairly simple but very good. Everything worked as it should and our room was very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and free bottled water—a nice touch. Breakfast was outstanding, with a generous choice of very nice food and very friendly and efficient service.

The hotel was only a short walk away from public transport (around 5 minute walk) and Rynek square (around 10 minute walk). The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. There weren’t really any vegan options at breakfast, but when I asked the staff what was suitable they brought me oat milk, hummus and beans to have with toast. Reception staff booked a taxi for us for our trip back to the airport and upon arrival offered that they could assist with arranging tours.

The hotel is in a quiet location, a 15 minute walk from the city center. Our room was on the third floor and it was spacious, the bathroom had enough space as well. I liked the multiple hangers for the towels, an attention to details in my opinion. For breakfast there was plenty to choose from. The hotel has a few parking spaces, in case it is full, you can find parking nearby on the street for which you have to pay (you can pay with credit card).

The Accommodation on offer could not be any better for the price point. Very clean room's comfortable bed tea and coffee facilities. Able to regulate temperature. Breakfast more than adequate will hot and cold options in a pleasant dining room. We were a party of 7 With 5 rooms everyone commented on the accommodation how nice it was so from all of us this hotel would come highly recommend. Would definitely book this accommodation again
